Trent Stack hails from Oakfield, New York, a small farming community nestled between Buffalo and Rochester. His paintball journey began at a young age, sparked by a pair of cheap paintball guns his father purchased.  
> "I can see it in my head, I don't remember what model they were. But something about it was just fun. I really enjoyed it."

As a child, Trent would head into the woods to shoot paintballs, much to his mother’s dismay. It wasn't until his teenage years that he truly delved into the sport, fueled by a paintball magazine that sparked his interest even more.  
> "That all that did was fuel my interest more."

After a hiatus due to college and military service, Trent's wife convinced him not to sell his paintball gear, reigniting his passion for the sport.

Trent's return to paintball saw him joining Performance Paintball in Rochester, where he met fellow players who would become integral to his competitive journey. Together, they formed a team and started competing in local leagues, eventually merging with another team to create "Lethal Haze."  
> "We wanted to compete. Let's do this."
